Returns and Refunds

At HIGHOHAY, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Food, beverages, and supplements
  • Fashion items (clothing, accessories)
  • Health wellness products/consumables
  • Personal care items

For all other eligible returns:

  • Initiate a Request: Contact our Customer Service within 30 days of delivery via:
    • Email: support@highohay.com
    • Live Chat: Available on our website.
  • Return Authorization (RA):
    • An RA number is required for all returns. We will provide one after reviewing your request.
    • RA numbers expire in 7 days—returns received after this period will be refused.
  • Conditions for Refund:
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped freight prepaid.
    • Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Defective/DOA Items:
    • Eligible for replacement only (same product/model).
    • Must include original factory packaging; deviations incur a 20% restocking fee.

Note:

  • Write the RA number on the shipping label (not the carton).
  • Returns shipped freight collect or without an RA will be refused.
  • Refund amounts are based on the purchase price or current price (whichever is lower).
